*For free stop type, calculate the torque of the lid more accurately.When the torque of the lid is matched with the torque of the spring, the heavy lid can be restrained at any angle.

Many manufacturers have produced spring-assisted hinges for lightly opening and closing heavy lids.
Among them, hinges using torsion coil springs can be relatively compact and can be installed in equipment with limited installation space.
The cap balancer was developed as a torsion coil spring type hinge that can handle a wide range of torques from small to large and is easy to maintain, including spring replacement.
The weak points of the torsion coil spring type were the phenomenon of the cap lifting up when the cap is closed and the inability to hold the cap still at an arbitrary angle. However, the free stop type has solved these problems.
